JAIPUR REAL ESTATE--GUARANTEED GROWTH

Over the last decade, Jaipur has made tremendous progress in terms of tourism, employment, economical growth, and not to forget REAL ESTATE. In the real estate market, this pink city has made wonders and is still optimistic for future growth. The fact can be evidenced by the fact that there have been lots of multinational companies setting up their business portals in the pink city. One can find Infosys, Genpact, GE Capital, etc. ICICI is also planning to put up its banking hub there. In its adjoining areas also, one can see ample opportunities for investment in real estate market; like Jagatpura, Kalwar road, etc.

Jaipur promises a calm, crimeless, as well as serenic environment for the visitors, and that is why the city has been gaining tourists as well as business machinery at an alarming rate. One can think to invest in this region, as it will give a very good return in the future, experts say.

The people who are planning to invest a little and hoping to get huge payback, Jaipur is the best option anyone can get. The new Master Development Plan for the Jaipur Region consists of 478 villages covering an area of approximately 1959 sq. kilometers. The Master Plan has been prepared for horizon year 2011 and with guestimated growth of the city. The population of Jaipur is likely to touch 42.16 lakhs by the year 2011 and keeping it in mind, the Master Development Plan 2011 has been provided with establishment of Bagru, Bassi, Chomu, Achrol, Jamwaramgarh as satellite towns in the hopes that it will fulfill the would-be scarcity of accomodation.

No doubt, the city is lucrative for tourism. Tourism rate has been rising at a very rapid rate in the town. The city is just 250 kms (5 hour drive) from Delhi and attracts number of tourists from Delhi too for weekend picnics with family. One can think of investing in plots also near the highways, that could serve the purpose of hotel industry, motels, etc.

One can find any type of property in Jaipur, residential, commercial, agricultural, etc. on the name of investment and one can be assured of a handsome return. So, it's the time to make more money by less investment in a city that promises to return a good sum-assure.

Do visit the city and decide by urself what it has for the real estate investors. ............................BY PANKAJ PATHAK
